Has anyone got a positive experience of getting Landlord's Consent from Network Rail for on-station improvements?? How did you manage to engage with NR?? Was the process clear and understandable?? I've devised a simple form to send off and suggested a response time of 28 days, with an appeal procedure if refused requiring re-submission within 14 days and a second response in the same time.
Were you "forced" to use an approved contractor to undertake work on-station at high cost??
Were you able to use local contractors with PL insurance??
Any positive experiences, as well as any difficulties encountered with getting on-station improvements to happen welcomed.
